Steam Autoclave Sterilization
Steam autoclave sterilization is widely considered the industry-leading means of sanitization, far surpassing dry heat in its ability to clean areas and items thoroughly. The steam method combines high temperatures with water droplets, pressuring this environment to pressures as high as 120 psi, allowing it to penetrate even the most difficult or heavily oiled areas. Additionally, this method is fast, efficient, and safe for all materials used in orthodontics, including metal, ceramic, and plastic.
